Blocks include special features such as rounded corners, deep blended juice grooves, wooden ball feet with rubber pads, and laminated domestic hardwood in a variety of grain patterns for durability, toughness & beauty. All have oiled finishes.

Cut 'n' Catch Over-the-Sink

MODEL 1337

Great for making anything that is cut into small pieces - simply cut and scrape pieces into the tray. Remove tray and drop in another one - Voilà! Comes with 3 trays 9 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 2" deep. Extra trays available. Feet are set in back of the cutout so that hole can be placed over disposal without tray so scrap pieces can be scraped directly into disposal.

The Versatile Reversible Boards

MODELS 1312, 1314, 1316

One side has a "Holding-Wedge" that grips poultry or roasts to keep them from slipping during carving. Reverse side can be used for regular cutting and chopping needs and has a deep, wide moat to collect juices or hold garnishes.
